About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to every licence for the Pergevo software. Pergevo is operated by Solutions for Business, Chamber of Commerce number 54402522. You can reach us at accounts@pergevo.com.

Pergevo is offered to businesses and other organisations only, not to consumers. All prices are per year and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise.

What Pergevo is

Pergevo is software for drawing, timing and signing off processes. It loads from your own licensed address and then runs in your browser. Your diagrams are saved on your own computer or network, not with us. What we supply is a licence to use the software.

Requesting access

Access starts with a request. Every request is read by a person, and we decide whether to approve it. A request does not create a right to access or to a licence.

Site licence

• • A site licence is an annual licence for one site. A site is one physical location: one address.
  • Everyone at that site may use Pergevo. There is no limit on the number of users, and every feature is included in every tier.
  • The tier depends on the number of people who work at the site, counted by head, including permanent flexible workers. You state that number when you buy and at every renewal.
  • If the site grows into a higher tier, that tier applies from the next renewal.
  • The prices of the tiers are on the pricing page. The price in force on the day of your order applies.

More than one site

From the second site, central management is included. Every additional site gets 25% off the price of its own tier; the most expensive site pays the full price. For more than ten sites, we agree the terms with you separately.

Launch price

The launch price applies to the first 25 customers or to orders placed until 12/31/2026, whichever comes first. It stays fixed for as long as you renew the licence without a break. If the licence lapses, the list price applies to a new licence.

Kaizen project licence

A Kaizen project licence is valid for 90 days at one site. If that site takes an annual site licence within the 90 days, the full price of the project licence is deducted from the first year.

Partner licence

A partner licence is an annual licence for Lean trainers, CI coaches and interim managers, for use in workshops and training at several clients. It is not for lasting use at one client. A client that keeps using Pergevo after the workshop takes a site licence of its own.

Year-end offer 2026

An annual site licence ordered by 31 December 2026 runs for 15 months for the price of 12. This applies to site licences only, not to the Kaizen project licence or the partner licence, and it can be combined with the launch price.

Term, renewal and payment

A site licence and a partner licence run for one year from the start date. A licence can be cancelled 3 month before renewal date. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

The number you state

Pergevo does not count users, sessions or devices, and it does not need to: the licence rests on the number of people you state for the site. You agree to state that number correctly. We may ask you once a year to confirm it, with reasonable evidence. If it turns out to be too low, the price of the correct tier applies to the current licence year, and you pay the difference.

Your diagrams and your data

Your diagrams are yours. We never receive or see them, and we claim no rights to them. Your organisation is responsible for the content of its own files, including any personal data in them, such as the names of employees. Our privacy policy describes the data we do process.

Because your diagrams are not stored with us, we cannot restore them. Save your work to a file and keep your own backups. If your browser keeps unsaved work for a while, clearing your browser data removes it.

All content on this site, including text, images, code, layout and the symbol designs shown, and the Pergevo software itself, are owned by P.A. Kemps and protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.

A licence gives you the right to use Pergevo as described above. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, decompile or reverse engineer any part of this site or of the Pergevo software, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Pergevo is a trademark. An EU trade mark application is pending under number 019375861.

What we promise, and what we do not

We do our best to keep Pergevo working and available, and to fix problems quickly. Pergevo is supplied as it is. At launch, some things are not finished yet: PDF exports are not yet searchable, the Visio export does not yet carry lanes, waiting-time clocks and departments, and no ready-made templates are included. We do not guarantee any particular result from using Pergevo.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost data, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Breda, the Netherlands.
