What we collect

If you use the signup form on this site, we store the email address you enter and the moment you gave consent. Nothing else is asked and nothing else is stored.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting purposes.

Why we collect it

Your email address is used for one purpose: to tell you once when Pergevo becomes available. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing accounts@pergevo.com.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until 3 months after launch, whichever comes first.

Who else sees it

Your email address is stored in our own database on our own website. It is not passed to a mailing platform, an advertising network or any other third party.

Our hosting provider, processes data on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, uses no analytics, and loads no fonts or scripts from external servers. 

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to object to its processing, and to request that we transfer it to you. Email us and we will handle it within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
