No seats, no accounts for the floor, no counting. You pay for the site, by the number of people who work there, and everyone at that site can use Pergevo.

Per site per year, excl. VAT.
Launch price for the first 25 customers or until 31 December 2026, whichever comes first. It stays fixed for as long as you renew without a break.
Every tier includes everything: unlimited users, lanes, waiting-time measurement, time analysis, flow efficiency, revisions and sign-off, and improvement proposals with the name of whoever submitted them. Your diagrams are saved on your own computer or network.
For comparison: a Start site pays about what one Visio licence costs — for the whole team, and with time analysis Visio does not have. A Small site pays about what two cost. Large costs less than one seat of Minitab Workspace.
More than one site
- From the second site, central management is included: the same page templates, fixed departments and roles, and lane types across the organisation.
- Every additional site gets 25% off the price of its own tier. The most expensive site pays the full price.
- Example: a Medium head site (€599) and two Small sites (2 × €224) come to €1,047 a year at list price.
- More than 10 sites: on request.
For the coach, not the programme
You are a Lean trainer, a CI coach or an interim manager, and you run the week that changes the process. Two licences are made for you.
Kaizen project licence
For a Kaizen week or an improvement project with a fixed date, at a site with more than 25 people. If the site switches to an annual licence within the 90 days, the full €79 comes off.
Partner licence
For workshops and training at several clients. Not for lasting use at one client: after the workshop, the client takes a site licence of its own.
The small print
- A site is one physical location: one address.
- People at the site means everyone who works there, counted by head, including permanent flexible workers. You state the number when you buy and at every renewal.
- If a site grows into a higher tier, that tier applies from the next renewal.
- Nothing is counted technically. The licence rests on the number you state.
